The Cathedral Hotel's drinks menu, and wine list in particular, features a unique balance of familiar old favourites, modern varietals, and boutique brands and producers. The list is constantly evolving, diverse and exciting, and showcases what we believe is a fantastic snapshot of South Australia's wine regions, whilst also including a few things from elsewhere which are simply too good not to include. It is important for our hotel to showcase some of the state’s best wines. Our extensive South Australian wine list features the Barry family, Hentley Farm and Wirra Wirra, among many others.
